Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 46(STA) "An Act relating to the practice of                     
architecture, engineering, and land surveying" be held in third                
reading on reconsideration to the May 16 calendar.  Without                    
objection, it was so ordered.
